Luis Gamardo is the Director of Mergers & Acquisitions at Inside Out, where he leads strategic growth initiatives through partnerships, acquisitions, and investments in mission-aligned companies. He brings a deep operational and financial background to the role, shaped by over a decade of experience across investment banking and entrepreneurship.
Before joining Inside Out, Luis founded and operated a contract manufacturing and third-party logistics (3PL) company focused on better-for-you consumer brands. Prior to his entrepreneurial ventures, he served as an investment banking analyst at Barclays Capital, where he led the underwriting of over $30 billion in private and public market financings.
Luis holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Finance from Bentley University. Originally from Caracas, Venezuela, he now lives in Colorado with his wife and two children.
